He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Martin and Monica Martin; his wife Mary Martin; and his brother Steve Martin. He is survived by: his wife Judith Martin of Markesan, WI; his children, Brooke Lewis (James) and Chad Martin (Samantha); his grandchildren, Cody, Kaylynn, Jamelah, Bailey, Gauge and Rosilyn; his sister Paula Harder (Tom); and his sister-in-law Pat Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, beloved family and friends.
