He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Plagenz and Neva Plagenz (Greenleaf); and his brother-in-law Bill Woelffer. He is survived by: his wife Iolyn Mielke; his children, David Plagenz (Marilee) of Mondovi, Ellen Walker (Skip) of Markesan and Tim Plagenz (Lora) of Markesan; his grandchildren, Kate, Brett Plagenz, Ryan, Nikki Walker, Megan and Craig Plagenz; and his siblings, Ralph Plagenz (Hope), Gene Plagenz (Pearl) and Linda Woelffer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
