Laurene Beecher Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2019, at the age of 91, Laurene Beecher (Markesan, Wisconsin), born in Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley McDaniel and Gertrude McDaniel (Winking); and her sisters, Margaret McDaniel of Quincy, Illinois and Kathleen "Kay" Althoff (late Melvin "Bud") of Quincy, Illinois. She is survived by: her husband Arthur P. Beecher, Jr.; her children, Kent Beecher (Carol), Kathleen Beecher of Pineville, NC, Kerry "Quincy" Beecher (Sherry) and Kelly Marwitz (David); her great grandchild Melissa Beecher; her children, Peyton, Jacob, Sydney, Erin Straza (Mike) of Bloomington, IL, Whitney Olson, Colton, Gavin, Nolan and George Wilhelm (Dayana); her granddaughter Brianna of Miami, FL; her son Josh Beecher (Sara); her grandsons, Benjamin and Jackson; her great grandchildren, April Marwitz-Korchak (Steve), Matt Marwitz, Justin Rake (Alicia) and Aaron Rake; her siblings, Joan Bartz (late Harold) of Austin, TX, Dan Schnellbacher (Anna) of Rowlett, TX and Joseph Schnellbacher (Barbara); and also, Blair, Ryan and Jackson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
At Laurene's request, memorials may be made to either the Federated Church of Green Lake - Mission Board, Wisconsin Public Television, or your local St. Vincent de Paul.
