She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Birk (Dick), Todd Dukelow (Jan) and Rhonda Bocek; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Thomas (Breanna), Amber (Andy), Tyler (Miracle), Alex (Hannah), Max (Megan), Anthony (Evelyn), Alyson (Jeff) and Casey (Ben); and her siblings, Nancy and Art (Bonnie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
