It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herbert Laper (Markesan, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 31, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Laper and Emma Laper (Dretske); his former wife Delores Armbruster; his siblings, Irwin Laper Sr., Robert Laper (Karen) and Florence Roesler (Walter); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Armbruster and Jack Havitz.
He is survived by: his wife Bingo; his children, Penny Damrow (Tom) of Howards Grove, WI, Arden Laper (Debbie) of Markesan and Kathy Taake (Tom) of Neenah, WI; his sisters, June Zuhlke and Avis Cornwell (Vernon); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Armbruster, Nancy Laper, Karen Kuehl (Les), Elaine Havitz and James Armbruster (Lori). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to Markesan Resident Home North Terrace Assisted Living, 1130 North Margaret Street, WI 53946.
