He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kolosky and Irene Kolosky; his sister Barbara June Caprio; his children, Henry Kolosky, Ronald Kolosky and Mary Lynn Godee; and his grandson Cameron Jared Godee.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Raven, Theresa Michalak, Kris Pirok, Robert Kolosky and Joseph Kolosky. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
