Fred Bartz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Bartz of Markesan, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bartz and Irene Bartz (Schima); his wife Dorothy Schaefer; and his brothers, Glenn Bartz (Muriel) and Merle Bartz (Jean).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Merk, Eric Bartz (Patty) and Allison Kleiber (Chris); his grandchildren, Zachariah Merk (Jen), Jessica Kramer (Justin), Rachel Schaden (Tony), Allison Bartz (Dakota Madel), Matthew Bartz, Elias Kleiber and Macey Kleiber; and his sister Helen Wegner (Roger). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (W3377 Main St, Manchester, WI 53946). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
