He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Ruenger and Clara Ruenger (Kroll); his wife Betty Schwandt of Markesan; his children, Robin Berg (Wayne) of Markesan, Jay Ruenger (Barbara) of Beaver Dam and Clair Ruenger (Brenda) of Richfield; his grandchildren, Wyatt Berg (Katie Casey) of Markesan, Joshua Ruenger (Lindsay) of Milwaukee, Jason Ruenger of Milwaukee and Erin Boyd (Matthew); his children, Elijah, Nolan, Madeline of Wauwatosa, Alison Brown (Jim), Lakely and Jemma of Markesan; and his parents-in-law, Roland Schwandt (Vivian) and Bernice MacDonald (Malcom). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
