Barbara left this world on October 25, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Senecal and Mamie Senecal (Laurent); her husband Don Powers; and her daughter Lori Krueger. She is survived by: her children, Susan Powers, Gary Powers and Cindy Powers; her grandchildren, Eric Krueger (Mallory), Kristina Denson (Tyler), Ryan Krueger (Jessica) and Erin Krueger; her son-in-law Darren Krueger (Brenda); and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Powers (Connie), Carl Sengstock and Doris Allen. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Markesan United Methodist Church (74 E Catherine St, Markesan, WI 53946). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Markesan Public Library, 75 North Bridge St, Markesan, WI 53946 or the Markesan United Methodist Church.
