He is survived by: his wife Carol Starr; his sons, Steve Dewhurst, Jr. (Jenny), Gary Dewhurst (Alanda) and Bryan Dewhurst (Lesa); his grandchildren, Dakota, Collin, Gage, Gavin, Nicholas, Abby and Lincoln; his stepgrandchildren, McKaylyn, Cecile and Liam; and his siblings, Scott Dewhurst (Kathy), Shannon Dewhurst (Laura), Stanton Dewhurst (Stephanie), Shelby Dewhurst (Kelly), Stuart Dewhurst (Joann), Susan Sederstrom (John) and Stacy Dewhurst.
