With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Milton Bartelt of Marion, Wisconsin, born in Marathon, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 4, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottlieb F. Bartelt and Ruth M. Bartelt (Weber); and his siblings, Joyce Rosso, Mary Butler, Jim and George Bartelt.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Klopstein; his children, Tom Bartelt (Sandy), Beth Kraeger (Dan), Karen Hanley (Chris), Grafton, Mary Bartelt and Diane Federwitz (Dennis); his grandchildren, Hannah Bartelt (Nathan Duplayee), Katie MacKay (Eric), Kinden Vazquez (Isaac), Tyler Kraeger (Callie), Sean Hanley (April), Ben Hanley (Gus Hirschbock), Callan Hanley, Nathan Federwitz and Morgan Federwitz; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Evan, Asher, Owen MacKay, Bo and Kai Vazquez.
