He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Jan (Ben) and Gwen; his grandchildren, Ryan, Zach and Kaedyn; and his siblings, Donny (Jan), Joyce and Cheryl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
