He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard and Margaret Smith. He is survived by: his wife Marion; his children, Arthur F., III and Donald W. (Diane); his grandchildren, Michael Pulvermacher (Valerie), Stephanie Pulvermacher, Philip Pulvermacher (Manon) and Heidi Pulvermacher (John); and his great grandchildren, Maddox, Levi, Hailey, Hannah, Tanner and Hayden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
