He was predeceased by : his parents, Clark Johnson and Ruth Johnson (Littge); his siblings, Gary and Carolyn Weed (Gene); his brother-in-law Gary Bauman; and his niece Cheri Weed.

He is survived by : his wife Jane Johnson; his children, Diane (Jeff Nowakowski) of Clinton Township, MI and Jeff Johnson of Marinette; his son-in-law Jeff; and his grandson Sasha.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Trinity Lutheran Church (920 Wells St, Marinette, WI 54143). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 8th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
