He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe "Rock" Wilson and Pearl Wilson (Benoit); his wife Lois Nancy; his siblings, Jeanette Nelson (Bob) and Ronald Wilson; his nephew Kyle Wilson; his great grandchild Amelia Zill; his parents-in-law, Myron Shook Harrison and Helen "Sally" Harrison; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Lynn Harrison and Myron "Mike" Harrison.

He is survived by: his children, Lois Nancy Zill (James), Richard Neil Jr. Wilson (Chietina), Larry Ray Wilson (Sherrie), Cindy Lynn Metzler (Mark) and Carol Lucia Wilson; his grandchildren, Jason Zill, Brad Washuleski (Kristin), Richard Neil Wilson III, Kristina Edwards (Corey), CJ Chiefe, Jeanette Harley, Matthew Wilson, Andrew Metzler (Courtney), Crystal Cooperman (Charlie) and Seth Nelson; his great grandchildren, Shane, Grant Harley, Evelyn, Cora Edwards, Asher, William Cooperman, Maxwell, Oliver Washuleski, Beckett Metzler and Irene Zill; his sister-in-law Betty Harrison; his brother David Wilson (Patsy); his nephews, Nelson, Benoit and Harrison; his close friend Tess; his family, Anne, Jasmen, James and Jianna; his children, Wataru, Gracie, Jessica and Lucy; his friend Maggie Faccio; and also Lynda Bahde.
