He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph LaPointe and Emily LaPointe; his wife Luella J. Raygo; his son David; his grandson Steve Francour; and his sisters, Sandy LaPointe, Barb Nelson, Betty Jorleman, Marie Botsford, Shirley Bundy and Lois Powell.
He is survived by: his son Mark (LeeAnn); his granddaughters, Morgan Zeitler (Joshua) and Linsey LaPointe; his great grandchildren, Zander Joseph Zeitler, Kyanna and Mandy Francour; and his siblings, Lynn Branstrom and Donald LaPointe (Jackie).
