He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Moen and Barbara Moen (Blattner); his daughter Amy Moen; and his sister-in-law April Moen. He is survived by: his wife Julie Hipke; his son Brent Moen (Melanie) of Merton, WI; and his brothers, Rich Moen (Ashley) of Iowa and Ron Moen of Michigan.
