He is survived by: his sons, Keith Kolstad (Karen) and Bradley Kolstad (Marcia); his grandchildren, Jacob Kolstad (Amie) and Jacqueline Haid (Jessy); his great grandchildren, Morgan and Reid; his siblings, Anita Huntington (late Chester), Chuck (late Jean), Anthony "Andy" Kolstad and Lon Kolstad; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Schmidt (late Jana), Rose Kolstad and Jean Schutt (Chuck).
