He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Wotruba and Arlene Wotruba (Hynek). He is survived by: his wife Lori Leiterman; his daughter Brittney VandeHey (Kyle) of DePere; his stepson Justin Loritz (Brenda) of Whitelaw; his stepgrandchildren, Madelyn, Blake and Cora; his siblings, Larry Wotruba (Donna) of Maribel, Randy Wotruba (RaeAnn) of Maribel, Julie Pantzlaff (Dan) of Denmark and Laurie Jean Simons (Scott) of Denmark; his parents-in-law, Donald and Dorothy Leiterman of Denmark; and his sister-in-law Lisa Chapman (Jim) of Green Bay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
