He is survived by: his mother Mary Blakeman (Jolma); his former wife Susanna "Susy" Rhoades; his children, Melissa, Calvin (Heather), Tessa, Trent (Lani), Shana, Quinn, Kailee (David), Reese, Emma (Lou), Kristi and Lori; his grandchildren, Sterling, Camden, Thea, Lucah and Lyndon; and also Mary Blakeman.
