He is survived by: his mother Jane Sedivy (Brennan); his wife Laura Sedivy; his children, Leslie Sedivy, Weston, Brennan Sedivy, San Diego, Joseph Sedivy and Addison Sedivy; his grandson Victor Letarski; and his siblings, John Sedivy (Robbin), Jane LaPorte (Dave), Mary Heller (Julio), Anne Sedivy, Paul Sedivy (Beth) and Matthew Sedivy (Shelly). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
