He is survived by: his wife Patricia Furger (Kummerow); his daughters, Pam Hurtis (Bruce) of Marathon and Shelly Juhlke (Joel) of Marathon; his grandchildren, Brent Hurtis, Brody Hurtis (Abbey), Nikki Brnusak (Dave), MacKenzie Eckerle (Rob) and Kennedy Ringle; and his siblings, Mary Hermes (Fran Arndt), Virjean Knauf (Robert), Norman Furger (Sally), Lavern Furger (Mary Jane) and Randy Furger (Cindy Steinke). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
