She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Seehafer and Hildegard Seehafer (Krohn). She is survived by: her husband Roger Heise; her children, Renae Wesolowski (Bryan) of Marathon and Ross Heise (Julie) of Newcastle, WA; her grandchildren, Angela Rice (Chris), Benjamin Wesolowski (Ashley) and Amélie Heise; and her great grandchild Ezra. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family to help Phyllis's church and her community.
