He is survived by: his wife Ila Normand; his children, Norbert Normand Jr. (Donna Mae), David Normand, Matt Normand (Mary), Jon Normand (Tammy), Edgar, Beth Writz, Renee Thomsen (Allen) and Sheri Howard (Troy Slagoski); his daughter-in-law Christine Normand; his grandchildren, Bradley, Diana, Scott, Ashley, David, Angela, Katelyn, Cassandra, Brittany, Nicholas, Mathew, Nathan, Timothy, Kessa, Jesse, Emma, Tommy, Aimee, Grant and Isabel; his great grandchildren, David, Layla, Zane, Olivia, Steven and Oaklee; and his sister Ann Marie Klienschmidt.
Social distancing guidelines will be in place as well as face masks required by everyone who will attend.
