He is survived by: his wife Mary Sladky; his children, Joseph Sladky (Jeanette), James Sladky (Jill), Donna Khattar John Sladky (Heather), Lisa Sommers (Alex) and Justin Sladky (Stefanie); and his grandchildren, Brigid, Teresa, Joseph, Rose, Patrick, Phillip, Bernadette, Francis, Sean, Rachel, Erik, Alanna, Christopher, Madeleine, Isabella, Meghan, Kathryn, Luke, Nicholas, Jacob and Jude. He is also survived by his six children.
