He is survived by: his children, Heidi Soar (Tommy), Alyssa Moran (Shane), Mallory Swanson and Cory Swanson; his sisters, Holly Thompson (Troy), Cindy Rosburg (Randy) and Wendy Urie; his nieces, Amanda Arnes (Ben) and Ashley Voge (Eric); and his nephew Kevin Raivala.
