It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John G. Pellman of Maple, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pellman and Lina Pellman (Johnson); his brother Raymond Soyring; his nephew Aaron Tuura; and his brother-in-law Jose Chay.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Burns; his sisters, Susie Kampanat (Charl) of Thailand and Shirley Tuura (Randy) of Brule; his sister-in-law Julie Chay of California; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin Soyring (Megan) of Hibbing, MN, Jarrett Tuura of Brule, Logan Tuura of South Range, Christie (Yo), Melissa, David and Alex Chay of California. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Downs Life Celebration Center (1902 N 34th St, Superior, WI 54880). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

“Hello, I just now heard of John's death and I am saddened to know he is gone. although I did not see him very often, I remember him as a big man with a big heart! I also met Ann many times and she too is a wonderful person, so it makes me happy to know they were married and spent many years together.
