He was predeceased by: his parents, William Noonan and Germaine Noonan (Neve); and his nephew Grant Noonan. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Noonan of Poplar, WI, Thomas Noonan of Superior, WI, Carla Noonan (Ed Griswold) of Coeur D'Alene, ID and Barbara De Fore (Ron); his nieces, Jessica Prka, Malinda Granquist Reynolds and Shay McWain; and his close friend Rhonda Gotelaere. He is also survived by two great-nieces, three great-nephews.
