He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Meg, Kate and Ben (Casey); his brother Rolland; his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Todd, Wanda, Brad, Gregg, Mary, Mark, Amy, John, Peter, Bob, Don, Ann, Deb, Phil, Andy, Nathan, Paul and Ryan; his parents-in-law, Jerry Heruth and Nancy Heruth; his brothers-in-law, Tom (Allie) and Doug (Kristi); his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Lexi, Joe and Jack; and also, Jerry (Marilyn), Dan (Pat), Maury (Linda), Gene (Joan), Warren (Joyce), Lucy (Dave) and John (Donna). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
