She was predeceased by: her parents, Olaf Flaten and Cecelia Flaten (VanDeHey); her husband Jerry Peters; her daughter Barbara Peters; and her siblings, Gene Flaten and Patrcia Walus.
She is survived by: her former husband Jerome Peters; her sons, Steven Peters (Diane), Tom Peters (Jody) and Larry Peters (Dana); her grandchildren, Shelley Peters, Kristie Hauer (Jim), Wade Peters (Charissa), Jacob Peters (Jaclyn), Barbara Shuck (Shaun), Rebecca Burdik, Kerrie VerVareen (Shawn) and Kelly Coonen (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Ananya, Tegan, Leif, Jack, Ally, Grace, Megan, Ashley, Andy, Vallarie, Dylan, Kellie Ann, Carter, Andrew, Morgan and Keria; her sisters, Shirley Willems and Joan Williquette; and her sister-in-law Peggy Flaten. She is also survived by 6 great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial funds may be given to St. Patrick Catholic Church.
