He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Nelson and Louise Nelson (Bailen); his wife Patricia; his brother Nick Nelson of Superior; his children, Kurt Nelson (Pamela) of Poplar, WI, Leif Nelson (Amy) of Boise, ID, Erica Nelson (Dean Lahti) of Iron River and Veronica Seifert (Sage) of Evansville, IN; and his mother-in-law Colleen Aird of Duluth, MN. He was also cherished by six grandsons, one granddaughter; three great-granddaughters; many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
