He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Jurvelin (Sarah), Nathan Jurvelin (Michelle), Leslie Crist (Kevin), Kim Caffrey (Rich) and Shelly Fuller; his grandchildren, Ellie, Emily, Amelia, Ethan, Rory, Jessica, Kevin, Heather, Sarah, Dakota and Sianna; his brother Cliff Jurvelin (Mary); and his nephews, Matt and Tom.
