She was predeceased by: her parents, George Crouch and Hazel Miller Crouch; and her siblings, Harriet Jones and George Crouch. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Smith; her children, Michael Smith (Pamela), Rick Smith (Brian Snyder) and Lisa Wood (Jon); and her sister Joyce DeCamp. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
