She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman and Elizabeth; and her siblings, Eleanor Lasecki, Daniel Lasecki (Anna), Evelyn Hannegraf (Nick), Valentine "Bill" Lasecki, Harvey Lasecki (Aurelia), Mary Themer (Martin), Vernon "Pete" Lasecki, Rita Ingvalsen (Clayton) and Ernest Lasecki.

She is survived by: her husband Cy Smith; her children, Jeffrey Smith (Pam), Cindy Walla (Doug), Scott Sr. Smith (Lori) and Jamie Smith; her grandchildren, Amanda Rusch (Adam), Wendy Walla, Jarod Walla, Mackenzie Walla, Dan Piper (Michelle), Scott Smith Jr. and Preston Smith (Lauren); her great grandchild Charlie Kitzman; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Lasecki and Pat Lasecki. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
