He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Stella; his brother Bernard Geigel; his former wife Sally Geigel (Sarah Garrigan); his sons, William Geigel Jr. and James Geigel; his siblings-in-law, Edward J. Kunz, Delores Garrigan, Roger Kohlbeck, Cyril Kohlbeck, Abdon Kohlbeck (Gertrude), Carol Kohlbeck, Emmanuel Kohlbeck (Grace), George Kohlbeck, Kenneth Kohlbeck (Marie), Gordon Kohlbeck (Verna Mae), Herb Kohlbeck (Marie), Dorothy Kohlbeck and Donna Scheuer; his grandson Timmy Geigel; and also David Koenig.
He is survived by: his friend Roger; his sister Mary Kunz; his sister-in-law Bernice Geigel; his children, Bridget Geigel, Pat Geigel (Laura), Sharon, Timothy Geigel, Raymond Geigel and Colleen Geigel; his daughter-in-law Susan Geigel; his grandchildren, Bruce Scheuer, Julie Koenig, Brent Geigel (Stephanie), Drew Geigel, Michael Koeppen, Marina Koeppen, Olivia Ryan and Mason Geigel (Laura); and also, Vincent Koenig and Kayla Koenig. He is also survived by six great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM and at 10:30 AM at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home (628 N Water St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (1121 N 14th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A procession will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the same location.
