He is survived by: his wife Judy Frank; his children, Laura Meyer (Mark) of Manitowoc, Shelly Duellman (Scott) of Manitowoc, Jeffrey Frank (Mike Faggio) of Manitowoc, Diane Manis (Bill) of Manitowoc and Jennifer Fischer (Bradley) of Manitowoc; his grandchildren, Nicole Mixa (Adam), Christopher Meyer (Jade), Matthew Meyer (Megan), Ashley Duellman, Chelsey Duellman (Sean Peronto), Cameron Duellman (Brynn Tackett), Ryan Manis (Megan), Steven Manis (Monique), Nicklas Manis, Kaeden Fischer and Jacob Fischer; and his sister Janet Zunker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
