Vila A. Belongia Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vila A. Belongia of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 106. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Vila's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Vila's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Laabs and Elizabeth Laabs (Voeltz); and her husband Ervin J. Belongia. She is survived by: her son Roger Belongia (Donna) of Denmark, WI; and her grandchildren, Renee Hussman (James), Kirk Belongia, Denise Popke (Steven) and Nathan Belongia (Brenda). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to First German Lutheran Church.
