He is survived by: his wife Susan Miesner; his close friends, Joshua Zube and Jamie Zube (Crystal Guench); his grandson Ashton Ottensmann; his siblings, Thomas Miesner, Billy Miesner, Rachel Dotz (Mark), Jennifer Tauscheck, Karen Boll and Kathy Brom (Jim); and his aunt Mary Ann Schmal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
