He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Wentworth and Erma Wentworth (Wickline); his wife Marjorie M. Miller; his daughter Debra Jo; and his siblings, Harold and Charlotte (Varney).

He is survived by: his sons, Timothy (Jill Wentworth) and Green Bay; his granddaughters, Vanessa of Green Bay and Alyssa Wentworth of Green Bay; his great grandchildren, Grant of Florida and Bryce Wagner of Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Leona Yelle (Leo) and Betty Poradek.
