He is survived by: his wife Darlene Mohr; his children, David Mohr (Kim), Bette Rosinsky (Tom) and Lynda Keller (Steve); his grandsons, David Mohr (Katie), Marc Mohr of Antioch, IL, Matt Rosinsky (Adrienne), Sam Rosinsky (Brittany) and Max Paider (Alyson Bennin); his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Lennon, Armin, Atticus, Kinley, Leighton, Lillian and Jana; his siblings-in-law, Denise Montgomery and Dave Smith; his extended family, Gary, Karen, Zach, Cory Miller and Angela St. Louis; and his friend Keith "Otto" Schmidt.
