He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gulash and Mary Gulash (Blasko); his siblings, Michael Gulash (Sophie), John Gulash (Kathryn), Mary Gulash, Helen Kukura (Steve), Verna Ostroski (Albert), Annie Mochary (Nicholas), Joanna Kish (Alex), Elizabeth Mastalerz (John) and Cecelia Boczek (Bernard); and his brother-in-law Vincent McGee.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Guelzow; his children, Kimberly Payne (Michael) of Janesville, WI, Brent Gulash (Lorie) of Oshkosh, WI and Krista Walter (Van) of York, SC; his grandchildren, Brooke, Zachary, Beck, Alex, Ryan and Finley; his sister Kathryn McGee of Wheeling, WV; and also Connie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
