He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Berger. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Berger of Manitowoc and Craig Berger of Manitowoc; his grandsons, Desmond and Maxwell; and his sisters, Vicki Karbon (Jim) of Manitowoc and Eileen Junk (Randy) of Manitowoc. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, the mother of his children, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Tom's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
