He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Morgan and Margaret Morgan; his son-in-law John Giliberti; and his sister Margie Beck. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Joanne Benford; his children, Jane Giliberti, Kenneth Morgan, Carol Phillips (Jed), Thomas P. Morgan (Melissa), Daniel Morgan (Katie) and Peggy Strimple (Larry); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Jordan Ghawi), Matthew Phillips, Ted, Scott Morgan, Brett Morgan, Austin and Evelyn Strimple; and his sister Geraldine Drake. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In honor of Thomas, memorials may be made to Kindred Hospice or Kids from Wisconsin.
