He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reininger and Violet Reininger (Yohanek); his wife Nancy Reininger; his son Jon Reininger (Jonny); his sister Carol Huyber; his parents-in-law, Orley and Libby Scherer; and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Gary Scherer, Doris and Marilyn Scherer.
He is survived by: his children, Annie Sprang (Dale) of Racine, WI, Mary Martin of Beaver Dam, WI and Kelly Mauer (Dan) of Mayville, WI; his daughter-in-law Lori Reininger of Manitowoc, WI; his sister Nancy Campbell (James) of Reedsville, WI.; his grandchildren, Nicholas Martin (Sheila) of Colorado Springs, CO, Brian Martin of Beaver Dam, WI, Joel Martin of Beaver Dam, WI, Tyler Reininger of Manitowoc, WI, Lucy, John and Rose Mauer of Mayville, WI.; his great grandchildren, Sienna (Joel Martin) of Randolph, WI, Robert and Carolyn (Nick Martin) of Colorado Springs, CO.; and also Arlene. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
