He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Cichantek and Ella Cichantek (Pozorski); his sisters, Janet Leitermann, Pauline Kettner and Patricia Thorison; and his parents-in-law, Francis and Pearl Hartman.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Theodoru; his sons, Daniel and Thomas Cichantek; his granddaughter Telleha Cichantek (Travis Nienhaus); his siblings, Donald Cichantek (Yvonne) and Nancy Howell; and his nephew Michael Kettner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Bob's name.
