He is survived by: his mother Audrey Koch (Schwanke) of Manitowoc; his children, Dan Koch (Kira) of New Holstein and Connie Koch of Forest Junction; his granddaughter Lakia Busse of Kewaunee; his brother Russell Koch (Susan) of Manitowoc; and the mother of his children Pam McClister of Forest Junction.
