He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Waack and Lilly Waack; his parents-in-law, Ken and Jean Niemann; his siblings, Ethel Mae Gustafson, Kenny and Merlin Waack; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Gustafson and Richard Kieweg.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Niemann; his close friend Paul; his children, Kelly Vanden Brook (Ryan), Christopher Waack and Lori Waack; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Waack, Eunice Waack and Nancie Kieweg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial fund has been established where a donation will be made to each of the following as they held a special place in Ralph's heart: St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church and School, Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, and Luther Prep in Watertown.
