He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Plekan and Emma Plekan (Piefer); and his siblings, John Plekan and Christina Bloom. He is survived by: his wife Anne Plekan; his children, Tyler Plekan (Jordan), Tony Plekan and LeAnne Plekan; his siblings, Andy Plekan (Linda), David Plekan (Debi), Peggy Plekan and Mary Bowen (Randy); and his brother-in-law Keith Bloom.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center (620 N Water St, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
