He is survived by: his parents, Craig Vogt and Angela Vogt (Hornes); his siblings, Ryder and Brinley; his grandmothers, Ann Hornes and Paulette Vogt; his aunts and uncles, Jeff Vogt (Stacy Joaquin), Sheryl Winsor (Dustin), Shelley DeCleene (Dan) and Michelle Evans (Shane); his godson Hudson DeCleene; and his friends, Casey Stanzel, Ben Lukasek, Cameron Strutz and Jenna Gries. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Parker's name.
