He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Soukup and Ceil Cavanaugh Soukup; and his wife Carol E. Johnson. He is survived by: his children, David Soukup (Pat), Sharon Stuebs of Yuma, AZ, Gail Pritzel and Nancy Walters (Michael). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends.
